Simply log into your backend control panel. Create a workspace, set the parameters and create your secure Workspace download link. You can send this out to your friends, family or coworkers to start using - so long as they have the password. You can also set links and files to self-destruct after a certain number of downloads. It's safe, easy, secure and reliable.
Downloading and sharing the Workspaces is 100% free. We offer a free trial to new members who want to create their own Workspaces and send files. You can learn more on our plans page.
Of course! We use a fully secure SHA-256 encryption SSL service to send and receive data. Due to privacy reasons, we won't scan or review the contents of any files being sent in or out of any Workspace...and that's a good thing!
We accept Bitcoin and seelct ERC-20 tokens as payment, in order to preserve the full anonymity and to create a privacy barrier to third parties. We respect and value the privacy of our users, and protecting their identity and privacy is our main concern.
No. Unfortunately we do not save or restore files due to privacy reasons. Once a file is lost, you won't be able to access it again - apart from the copy or copies you downloaded from your Workspace.
As Bitcoin and all other cryptocurrency tokens we accept as payment as limited to one way transactions, we only receive payments. We do not disburse payments out. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds.
We currently do not work with Dropbox or Onebox. However, we are working on a solution to integrate both systems in the near future in order to make your Workspace experience smoother and easier to use.
